The GANAS seated calf raise machine is a training machine for the calf gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. The ergonomically designed sitting position and cushion provide maximum comfort to the user. The multi-position cushioning adjustment of the legs can meet the needs of users of different heights. The thickened seat cushion provides good support without sacrificing comfort. The anti-slip material grip is durable while providing users with a good grip. Steel pedals with anti-skid lines provide users with adequate support while also preventing slipping.

When the exerciser starts training, the locking lever automatically releases. After training, just reset the locking lever to easily exit the equipment without suddenly dropping the weight. Unlike standing calf training, the seated calf lift design eliminates pressure on the spine, making the training more comfortable and effective. Balanced weight horns make it easier to load and remove weight plates and provide a wider load range for different exercisers.
